We recently completed all the stone and blockwork on this new build, nestled next to a historic water mill. Our team managed the entire project from the ground up, including all excavations, drainage, blockwork, stonework, and slabbing. Using stone reclaimed from the original barn, we carefully constructed new walls that tie seamlessly into the existing perimeter, preserving the site’s unique character. The build also included two new garages, full service installations, and detailed site surveys — delivering a high-quality home with timeless craftsmanship.

Access Roads

The five access roads have been fully resurfaced, ensuring smooth and reliable access to the main estate house. Each route was constructed with care, maintaining the integrity of the protected wooded environment and its wildlife, while successfully working around Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs). This to quality and sustainability guarantees minimal disruption, prioritizing both functionality and ecological preservation.

We transformed our clients home with a beautiful, budget-friendly sunroom extension designed specifically for our elderly client. By maximizing natural light and utilizing local materials, we created a stunning space featuring pristine white finish throughout. The energy-efficient LED lighting, complemented by two Velux skylights and three large UPVC double-glazed windows, ensures a bright inviting atmosphere. A commercial-grade, three-layer hot felt roof provides durability, while the cladding and front door were expertly finalized by trusted third-party contractors.
